1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and betkk.cam (the "Operator," "betkk," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the betkk online casino platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through the website located at betkk.cam (the "Platform").

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering for a betkk account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
2. Submit valid government-issued identification documents (such as a passport, driver's license, Philippine National ID, or UMID card) for identity verification purposes when requested by betkk.
3. Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
4. Create only one (1) betkk account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betkk account username, password, and any other login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your betkk login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or customer service representatives (betkk support agents will never ask for your password).
• Immediately notify betkk of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify betkk of a security breach.

3. Account Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your betkk account using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks), credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All funds deposited into your betkk account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name.
• betkk does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from accounts not belonging to you (e.g., family members' bank accounts, friends' e-wallets) will be rejected and returned to the sender, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are established by betkk and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• betkk reserves the right to charge processing fees for certain deposit methods, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Identity Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, betkk requires completion of the full KYC verification process, including submission of government-issued ID and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if betkk deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes.
2. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. betkk will attempt to process withdrawals using the same method you used for deposits. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made with customer support approval.
3. Wagering Requirements: All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility. This requirement applies to both deposited funds and any bonuses claimed. Specific bonus wagering requirements are detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
4. Processing Times: betkk aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya (15 minutes to 4 hours), bank transfers (4-24 hours on business days), cryptocurrency (30 minutes to 2 hours). Actual processing times may vary based on verification status and payment provider processing schedules.
5. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account status and payment method, and are displayed in your account dashboard. Higher limits may be available to VIP members.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

betkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our own responsible gaming standards, we offer the following protective measures:

4.1 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your betkk account at any time by contacting customer support or accessing the responsible gaming settings in your account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for decreases. Limits cannot be increased more than once per 7-day period.

4.2 Self-Exclusion

• Your betkk account will be immediately closed and inaccessible.
• You will not be able to create a new betkk account.

• Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period and cannot be lifted early, even at your request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betkk offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotional offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms (e.g., new players, first deposit, minimum deposit amount).
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type and are clearly stated in each bonus's terms.
• betkk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms is detected. Examples of bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
• Maximum bet limits while an active bonus is in use are specified in the bonus terms (typically PHP 100 per spin/bet). Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.

5.2 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses and promotional funds have expiration dates, which are specified in the applicable terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited and removed from your account balance.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the betkk Platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, engaging in payment fraud, providing false information, or attempting to manipulate account balances.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one betkk account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other methods designed to guarantee profit with minimal risk.
• Collusion and Cheating: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using automated betting software (bots), or exploiting game software bugs or errors.
• Money Laundering: Using betkk for purposes other than legitimate entertainment, including depositing and withdrawing funds with minimal or no wagering activity for the purpose of obscuring the source of funds.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts, betkk's servers, or any systems connected to the Platform.

6.1 betkk's Right to Terminate

betkk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to betkk, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. In the event of account termination for cause:

• All bonuses and pending winnings may be forfeited.
• Any remaining balance derived from legitimate deposits and gameplay will be returned to you, minus any fees or amounts owed to betkk.
• You will be permanently prohibited from creating new betkk accounts.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the betkk Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. betkk does not control or manipulate game results in any way.

Each game has specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are available for review within the game itself or in the betkk game library. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

7.1 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects gameplay or results, betkk reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. If a malfunction results in erroneous winnings being credited to your account, betkk reserves the right to deduct those winnings and correct your balance. Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately to customer support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betkk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of betkk or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from betkk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betkk, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings.
• Loss of data or account access.
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties.

In no event shall betkk's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the betkk Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting betkk customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels in the Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

betkk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, if the changes are material, provide notice by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the betkk Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
